The staff are very friendly and helpful, respond very fast when need help. Location near alot of amenities. Room is clean, big and spacious.

I have stayed at many different hotels in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City from 2 star to 5 star. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel for several reasons. Very reasonable Price, Great Location one block from the Ben Thanh Markets and a helpful Staff member. I had moved from a well known Hotel that was charging double the price that the Ace Hotel was charging and ended up with a better room than the previous hotel that I had stayed in several times previously. I recommend this little hotel and its cheap price - and I am pretty fussy about my hotels.

for the room quiet clean room, bathroom is clean , and cleaning room and we request new towel everyday they provide well, location is very satisfying cause nearby central of everthing so we can go everywhere by walking .

Anne, Phuong and Co (Housekeeper) are very nice and accommodating. They ensure that I am safe and comfortable. They assisted me to transfer to a room which is quite and not noisy.

Location is perfect. Couple steps to the ministop. Rooms are decently clean and relative new(usable) but you can't beat the price with that location. Get basically free water if u ask for it.

Great location, close to everything. Lots of the best street food vendors and restaurants outside or just meters away from the hotel. Staff very helpful. I was worried after reading some reviews, but we had a wonderful stay. Definitely would recommend.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I arrived in Saigon ahead of my check-in time and I asked if I could leave my luggage so I can grab lunch at a nearby restaurant. They said yes with a smile. The location was very good. It's near to the tourist attractions and restaurants.

A room meets expectations. Great inexpensive place to stay overnight. Good location, there are windows and even rooms with a bathtub(for $16!). The rooms are not new, but they have everything one need, clean, the staff is polite and pleasant.

As an outsider, struggled to manage things in the beginning because of language barrier, but the hotel staff was really nice & helped me a lot. Very well located at the heart of the city & just in front of popular Ben Thanh market. Overall experience of staying was very nice.

The hotel is located in the center of District 1. It is very convenient to travel to eat, drink, and shop. Lovely and neat hotel. Enthusiastic friendly reception staff. Next time I will visit
